Structure of the survey
- The survey is brief, typically taking 10–15 minutes to complete.
- It uses a forced-choice format, where respondents are asked to select words or phrases that best describe them.
- It consists of two main sections, each containing adjective checklists.
Types of Questions/Statements
🔹 Section 1: "How you see yourself" (Natural Self)
- You’re presented with a list of adjectives.
- You are asked to select words that describe how you naturally are, not how others expect you to be.
Example (not actual):
- Choose the 2 words that best describe you:
☐ Assertive
☐ Thoughtful
☐ Spontaneous
☐ Cautious
🔹 Section 2: "How you feel you need to act" (Perceived Work Environment)
- You’re given a similar set of adjectives.
- You are asked to select words that describe how you feel you need to act in your current environment.
Example (not actual):
- Choose the 2 words that best describe how you’re expected to behave at work:
☐ Outgoing
☐ Precise
☐ Relaxed
☐ Decisive
What These Questions Measure
Your selections are used to infer:
- Your natural behavioural tendencies
- The adjustments you're making in your current role or environment
- Your energy usage and stress levels
- Your communication style, motivational needs and predictive leadership behaviours.
