Women in senior executive positions
Many senior female executive are struggling with stress and exhaustion. In addition to their executive responsibilities, they have family obligations like house work, childcare, etc. For many females, this dual responsibility is proving too much. They need a more flexible work environment to help them handle these dual responsibilities.
